Terms & Conditions

Effective 20 October 2026 · Seller: Aidan Mc Carron, trading as NicoServe

1. Your agreement with us

NicoServe is provided by Aidan Mc Carron, trading as NicoServe ("we", "us"). You contract with Aidan Mc Carron for use of the service. By accessing or continuing to use NicoServe, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you must have authority to act for that organisation.

2. The service and your responsibilities

NicoServe provides website security monitoring, uptime checks, findings, AI-assisted explanations, guided fixes and reports. You must provide accurate account details, protect your credentials and have permission to monitor any assets you connect. Ownership verification and recorded consent are required for on-demand pen tests, which are safe-mode, read-only checks.

You remain responsible for changes made at your hosting or DNS provider and for verifying that recommendations are appropriate before applying them. NicoServe does not guarantee detection of every vulnerability, prevention of attacks, or uninterrupted or error-free performance.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, intellectual-property infringement, harassment or security interference. Do not introduce malware, attack or probe systems without authorisation, scrape the service without permission, circumvent verification or usage limits, or attempt to access another customer's data.

AI use must relate to NicoServe's security offering. Illegal content, harmful deepfakes, hate speech, malware generation, attempts to bypass safety controls or jailbreak the analyst are prohibited. We may refuse or filter outputs, restrict or remove content, and suspend accounts for misuse or repeated infringement.

4. AI inputs, outputs and intellectual property

You are responsible for your prompts, your use of outputs, checking accuracy, and having the necessary rights to submit input content. AI-generated answers may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a substitute for qualified security, legal or other regulated professional advice and human oversight.

You retain rights you hold in your inputs. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or generated outputs; any rights in outputs remain subject to applicable law and third-party rights, and outputs may not be unique. You allow us to process your inputs and outputs to provide the service.

Aidan Mc Carron retains ownership of NicoServe's software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your authorised workspace and coverage. Rights holders can report alleged infringement to sales@nicoserve.com, identifying the material and their rights. We may remove or restrict disputed material and terminate access for repeated infringement.

5. Payments and subscriptions

The Complete subscription costs €29 per month for up to 20 protected domains. Each additional domain costs €5 per month. Applicable taxes and the amount payable are shown at checkout. A workspace's first subscription includes a 7-day free trial (payment method required); the first monthly charge is taken when the trial ends unless cancelled. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. If a renewal payment fails, monitoring continues while Paddle retries the payment; the subscription ends if retries are unsuccessful. A full refund ends the subscription and access immediately. Paid access applies to the whole workspace. Existing workspaces granted free access when billing was introduced retain that access.

Additional-domain increases apply immediately with prorated charges. Reductions take effect at renewal; you must remove excess connected domains before reducing coverage. Cancellation retains access until the paid period ends, after which monitoring pauses and saved results remain available.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for refund requests. Workspace owners and admins can manage subscriptions through Account settings → Workspace billing.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or serious or repeated policy violations. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Cancellation alone does not delete your saved results. Data retention and requests for deletion are covered by our Privacy Notice.

7. Your statutory rights and contact

Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For questions about these terms or the service, contact Aidan Mc Carron at sales@nicoserve.com.
