Our engineers are exclusively dedicated to your project. They participate in weekly meetings, provide 24/7 support via Skype, Zoom or Teams and function as an extension of your in-house team, working remotely from our office.
Engineers can be available within 30-45 days from agreement. Clients need to provide a 30-day notice when discontinuing an engagement. Minimum length of engagement is one month.
If a technician needs to be replaced, we aim to replace them within a week or, at most, 15 days. If a technician resigns, they serve a 45-day notice period, and a replacement is appointed within 30 days. Both engineers will work together for 15 days to ensure a smooth knowledge transfer.
We assign a dedicated account manager to every customer to oversee the team's or engineer's overall performance. Regular monitoring, training, feedback sessions, and goal-setting ensure efficient issue resolution, enhanced team knowledge, and improved customer satisfaction.
We operate on a subscription-based model with monthly and yearly payment options. Annual payments come with discounts to provide cost-effective engagement for long-term clients.
No, there are no hidden fees. We manage overtime and urgent tasks internally. Additionally, every engagement includes a trained backup technician for emergency coverage, ensuring zero downtime.
We provide flexible scaling options. Clients can gradually increase or decrease the team size as project demands evolve, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Every project or assignment is assigned a backup technician from the start, ensuring continuity in case of emergencies, sick leaves, or other absences.
Customers must provide 30 days notice should they no longer need an engineer, your monthly billing starts from the first day the engineer is working for you. If the 30-day notice extends into a new billing cycle, the full fee for that month will be due.
We do not provide credit terms, invoices are raised and are due on the start date of the engineer(s) engagement and due on the same date every month for the life of the engagement.
