How it began
NicoServe started in 2025 to put an intelligent layer of security over every website.
Website owners don't lack warnings. They lack someone who can look at their site, say what is actually exposed, explain what it means and tell them what to do next. That gap is why NicoServe exists.
The idea was to use AI as that layer — checks that run continuously, answers drawn only from your own scan data, and fixes that count once a fresh scan confirms them. Not another dashboard of alert codes, but something you can actually talk to.

Aidan founded NicoServe in 2025 from his background in the cloud and web hosting industry, where the same gap kept appearing: website owners were never short of warnings, only of someone who could say what was actually exposed, what it meant and what to do next. His answer was AI — an intelligent layer of security that explains itself.
NicoServe is that background turned into a product.

Monitoring is read-only by design. The parts that could touch your site are gated, bounded and recorded.
Pen tests stay read-only
Safe-mode testing only: no payloads, no writes, requests limited to the verified host under a small fixed budget, and only after ownership is verified and consent recorded.
Snapshots before changes
DNS state is recorded before a remediation runs, so you can compare the before and after and roll a change back.
The companion stays in scope
Answers are grounded in your workspace and limited to NicoServe's offering and how the product works. Requests outside that are declined rather than improvised.
Outages and findings stay separate
Downtime opens its own incident with its own timeline and notifications. It never blends into a security finding, and it closes only when a check confirms your site is responding again.
